We have some exciting changes at East Fleet this season. The Old Barn is now The WhyNot Inn - In keeping with the pub from the novel 'Moonfleet' which was set in our locality.
We will be open every evening for the season until the park closes on the 2nd November.
You are welcome to bring food into our bar, our order a take away to be delivered. We will give you plates and cutlery, and even do the washing up!!
Our popular on site 'Festival Food' vendors - 'Bennett Fish & Chips' and 'The Portland Pizza Company' are back for the season.
We open in the evenings from 6pm and serve award winning local Palmers ales, Dorset Orchards Cider as well as national brand lagers on tap.
WhyNot sample one of our extensive range of gins? Currently we have over 30 available, including local specialities and well known favourites. Watch out on our Facebook page for the Gin of the week.
If you are local to Weymouth, WhyNot take a stroll down Fleet Lane, or the stunning Dorset coastal path and call in for a well earned pint or sample the festival food. During peak season we have bands, Morris dancers and quiz nights.
The converted 19th Century building offers a relaxed atmosphere, pool tables and stunning views over the Fleet Lagoon. If it’s a bit chilly outside on those spring or autumn evenings, you’ll be sure of a warm welcome by our log burning stove.
Dogs are welcome as long as they are calm and kept on a lead. However we do ask that they stay on the floor and not the furniture.
